Information we collect

If you register interest in the Ostro preview, the live form collects your email address. It also records whether you separately opted in to receive product updates by email, along with the form submission time and consent wording/version.

When you browse this site, the analytics script may process information about page views, referrers, outbound links, file downloads and events configured on the site. The installed analytics snippet is cookieless. The site also requests font files from Google Fonts; Google receives the technical information needed to serve those files.

How we use it

• To respond to your request for information about the Ostro preview.
• To send occasional product or launch updates only if you separately opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To understand aggregate site usage and improve the site.

Submitting an interest request will not automatically subscribe you to ongoing marketing emails. The marketing checkbox will be optional and unticked by default.

Our legal bases

The proposed bases are: our legitimate interests in responding to a request you make about the preview; your consent for optional ongoing marketing emails; and our legitimate interests in understanding general site usage. Service providers and sharing

The live sign-up form uses Tally to receive and store submissions on our behalf. Tally says form data is stored in Europe and provides a data processing agreement. The form collects the email address needed for the preview list and records any optional product-email opt-in separately. We do not sell personal information or provide it to another organisation for that organisation’s marketing.

The site uses a cookieless analytics script served from analytics.signaldeck.tech. We are confirming the service’s processor terms, data location and retention settings. If deployed on Cloudflare Pages, Cloudflare also processes technical request data to provide and secure the site. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts.

Cookies

The installed analytics snippet is configured for cookieless measurement and does not set analytics cookies. No advertising cookies are used on this site. We are checking whether the embedded form uses any browser storage or cookies and will update this notice when confirmed.

How long we keep information

We will keep preview-list submissions only while they are useful for managing interest in the preview, and delete them when the preview process ends or when they are no longer needed.
